Mohamed Fathih Gazzaly is an innovative leader, compassionate and social development planner who dedicated his life to enhancing vulnerable populations with sustainable, inclusive, and people-centered approaches. Being the Founder and Chairman of Al Khidmathul Ummah Foundation, he has immensely helped the organization achieve its mission to deliver meaningful and expressive help to needy individuals.
Mr. Fathih Gazzaly has always shown a strong commitment towards public service and grassroots empowerment with over twenty years of leadership, project management, and international relations experience. His value-driven leadership is founded on accountability, transparency, peace & Harmony, social justice, social inclusion, social cohesion and environmental sustainability, to ensure that the foundation not only provides aid but also brings lasting change.
Apart from being a member of the Foundation, Mr. Fathih serves in various capacities as a Senior Advisor in international relations and trade at Uluar Group and Honorary Consul Office of Sri Lanka, Nevşehir, Turkey. He holds experience in international strategic diplomacy, trade relations, and cross-border cooperation between Sri Lanka and Turkey, which he uses to construct global alliances for humanitarian intervention.
Mr. Gazzaly’s educational qualifications in public policy, communication, and leadership from Turkey and Sri Lanka’s leading institutions have affected his progressive and inclusive management approach. His exposure with various organizations – youth associations, international business organizations – reflects his vision of empowering the youth and uniting different communities.

Al-Khidmathul Ummah Foundation (ALKUF) is a leading non-governmental, non-profitable Organization in Sri Lanka was founded on 2013 by a group of youth who came together to improve and upgrade the needy vulnerable and orphans’ life conditions from rural areas in Sri Lanka. Its coverage area was limited to Eastern Province of Sri Lanka and subsequently expanded to almost the entire region and became one of the prominent charitable organizations in the island.
The foundation has been registered legally under the Social Services Department of Sri Lanka Act No. 31 of 1980 and Companies Act, No. of 2007 and recognized by the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The foundation mainly focuses on education, livelihood and food security, orphan care gender equality, water and sanitation, youth and women empowerment.
Apart from that AL-KUF striving to be an active worker, and have embarked on relieving the suffering of the society, assisting regardless of ethnicity, race and language.
The objectives of the organization are to plan out, implement, evaluate and monitor community development projects that will promote, encourage, assist and foster communal, national, cultural, social harmony, disaster relief, rehabilitation, reconstruction, poverty alleviation and economic development of the poor in the island.
